DRILLING UPDATE MILLENNIUM ZINC PROJECT

Encounter Resources Limited (Encounter), the project managers, have reported that the drilling program for the calendar 2015 field season has now been completed.

Drill hole EPT 2260 was extended with a diamond drill tail intersecting a further 3 metres of gossan before entering footwall shales giving a total downhole width of gossan of 73 metres. Assays are awaited for this 3 metre section and the footwall shales which contained iron oxides.

Diamond drill hole EPT2278 was completed testing the mineralized horizon some 150 metres below the gossanous intersection recorded in EPT2260. This hole intersected a sheared, brecciated contact zone with no obvious zinc mineralization.

All geochemical and structural data will be collated and assessed with a view to determining how best to test for sulphide mineralization at depth in 2016.
