Issue of Employee Incentive Securities

Encounter Resources Ltd (“ Encounter ” or the “Company ”) advises of the issue of 3,200,000 unlisted employee options issued pursuant to the Company’s Employee Share and Option Plan approved by shareholders on 24 November 2023 and 1,096,500 employee performance rights pursuant to the Company’s Performance Rights Plan approved by shareholders on 29 November 2024.

The issue of the abovementioned incentive securities has been undertaken pursuant to Division 1A of Part 7.12 of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth).

An Appendix 3G reflecting the new options and performance rights issued follows this announcement.
