Resignation and Appointment of Auditor
Encounter Resources Ltd (“ Encounter ” or the “Company ”) advises that, in accordance with subsection 329(5) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Act) and having received the consent of the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, Crowe Perth has resigned as auditor of the Company, and HLB Mann Judd has been appointed as the Company’s incoming auditor.
Pursuant to s329(8) of the Act and in accordance with Regulatory Guide 26 issued by the Australian Securities and Investments Commission, the resignation, and replacement appointment, take effect from the date of this notice.
The appointment of HLB Mann Judd as auditor was the result of a competitive tender process run by the Company.
The appointment of HLB Mann Judd will be put to shareholders for approval at the Company’s annual general meeting, to be held on 29[th] November 2024.
