JCF Associates II L.P. and JCF Associates II Ltd. were added to the structure between JCF Associates II-A LLC and Mr. Flowers on December 31, 2010 as a result of an internal restructuring. Prior to that date, Mr. Flowers was the sole member and manager of JCF Associates II-A LLC.
