Hamburg 09, April 2013 - Capital Stage AG, Hamburg (ISIN: DE0006095003 / /
WKN 609500) has acquired a 9 MWp solar park in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern and
thus expands its IPP portfolio to almost 185 MWp. The parties have agreed
not to disclose the purchase price.


Information and Explaination of the Issuer to this News:

The park has recently be installed and commissioned under the EEG. The park
has been built on a 25 ha open space in Mecklenburg-Vorpommern by an
experienced general contractor. Inverters and polycrystalline modules of
first-class manufacturers were used. The non-recourse financing was
provided by a renowned German bank. The park will generate annual revenues
over EUR 1 million and generate a return on equity of around 15% on
average. The operation & management of the park is taken over by Capital
Stage Solar Service GmbH. The closing of the transaction is subject to
conditions precedent.

to our German PV portfolio. The park also proves that new solar parks in
Germany, with a significantly lower FIT of EUR 11.3 / kWh, are still
attractive to investors. '
