Capital Stage AG: Replacement within the shareholder base

Hamburg, Germany, 6 March 2013 - In the course of a replacement, Albert
Büll Beteiligungsgesellschaft mbH has sold the majority of the shares it
held in Capital Stage AG to a company, which shares are held by the Büll
family. The company in question is AMCO Service GmbH, which already belongs
to the shareholder base of Capital Stage AG. Notification of this
obligatory transaction was given in the form of a directors' dealings
disclosure on 4 March 2013. The acquisition of shares by AMCO Service GmbH
is not subject to mandatory directors' dealings disclosure.

The Büll family therefore remains involved in Capital Stage AG by virtue of
the acquisition of the shares by the family company AMCO Service GmbH. In
addition, AMCO Service GmbH made a considerable contribution to the capital
increase concluded at the end of February 2013. Upon the conclusion of this
pending transaction, the share held by AMCO Service GmbH in Capital Stage
AG will be 27.19%.
