LISTS OF CANDIDATES FOR THE RENEWAL OF THE BOARD OF STATUTORY AUDITORS HAVE BEEN FILED

Rome, 11 May 2022 - With reference to the Shareholders' Meeting of ENAV S.p.A., called in ordinary session in single call for the day 3 June 2022, to resolve on the renewal of the Board of Statutory Auditors, it is noted that they have been published within the terms three lists of candidates for the office of Statutory Auditor of ENAV S.p.A.

We also inform you that in relation to the remuneration of the Chairman of the Board of Statutory Auditors and the other Statutory Auditors referred to in the sixth item on the agenda, a proposal from the Ministry of Economy and Finance has been received, available at the registered office of ENAV S.p.A. (Via Salaria 716 - Rome) and on the Company's website (www.enav.it, section "Governance" - "Meeting 2022").
