CANCELLATION OF LISTING AND ADMISSION TO TRADING

19 November 2024 - Further to the announcement made by IPJSC EN+ GROUP (the "Company") on 8 October 2024, the Company today announces that the Financial Conduct Authority has cancelled the listing on the Official List and the London Stock Exchange has cancelled the admission to trading on the London Stock Exchange main market of the following securities:

(1)       Company's Regulation S global depositary receipts with ISIN US29355E2081;

(2)       Company's Rule 144A global depository receipts with ISIN US29355E1091.

with effect from 8:00 a.m. (London time) today, 19 November 2024.

The notice is made pursuant to UK Listing Rule 21.3.3.
