EN+ announces Director's appointment
15 December 2021 - EN+ GROUP IPJSC (the "Company", "En+ Group" or the "Group") (LSE: ENPL; MOEX: ENPG), the world's largest producer of low-carbon aluminium and independent hydropower, announces the following:
Following the resignation of Anastasia Gorbatova from the board of directors of the Company (the "Board") on 9 December 2021, the Board has today elected Olga Filina as a new member of the Board pursuant to Clause 24.4 of the Charter of the Company.
The Board has also updated the composition of some of its committees.
The updated composition of the Board committees will shortly be available in the relevant section of the Company's website (www.enplusgroup.com).
