EN+ announces Director's resignation
9 December 2021 - EN+ GROUP IPJSC (the "Company", "En+ Group" or the "Group") (LSE: ENPL; MOEX: ENPG) ), the world's largest producer of low-carbon aluminium and independent hydropower, announces the following.
Anastasia Gorbatova, who has served as a director of the Company since May 2019, resigns from the board of directors of the Company with effect from 9 December 2021.
