General Meeting adjourned

Emyria Limited (ASX: EMD) (Emyria or the Company), a clinical stage biotech developing multiple treatments for unmet needs powered by real-world patient data, advises shareholders that the General Meeting, scheduled for 25 February 2022, has been adjourned to a date to be determined.

An additional resolution/s will be put to the adjourned meeting which will be detailed in an addendum to the original notice which will be circulated when available. An amended proxy form will be provided with the addendum when sent to shareholders.
