NetScientific plc (AIM: NSCI), the international life sciences and sustainability technology investment and commercialisation group, announces the issue of shares.
As announced on 20 December 2021, the Company issued 146,542 shares as part of the consideration of £192,390 for the acquisition of the majority stake in Cetromed Limited.
An application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective, and trading will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 30 December 2021. Following Admission, the total number of Ordinary Shares in issue, and therefore the total number of voting rights, will be 21,121,853.
