Grant of Options to Directors

London, UK - 26th June 2018 - NetScientific plc (AIM:NSCI) (the "Company"), the transatlantic healthcare IP commercialisation Group, today announced that on 21st June 2018, options over ordinary shares of 5p each were granted to its CEO François Martelet and CFO Ian Postlethwaite as detailed below (the "New Options").

The New Options have an exercise price of 45.5 pence per share, being the average closing price for the ordinary shares over the five dealing days prior to the date on which the options were granted. The New Options vest three years from the date of grant.
