Emu NL ( ASX:EMU ) ( EMU or the Company ) hereby confirms that 22,000,000 unlisted options to acquire partly paid ordinary shares (exercisable at $0.03 each) expired at 5:00pm on 21 December 2021.

The capital structure of the Company following the expiry of unexercised options will be as follows:
