Emu NL ( ASX:EMU ) (the Company ) hereby confirms the expiry of 65,759,750 unlisted options to acquire partly paid ordinary shares (paid as to 3 cents with 3 cents to pay on call with no call to be made before 31 December 2023) ( ASX:EMUCA ), exercisable at $0.02 each, expiry 21 December 2020.

The total number of unlisted options remaining on issue are as follows:
