RESTRICTED SECURITIES DUE FOR RELEASE FROM ESCROW
In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, the Company advises that the following restricted securities will be released from escrow on 27 February 2010:

The Company has also granted 10,000,000 Options which are classified as Restricted Securities. These Options will also be released from escrow on 27 February 2010 and are due to be exercised on or before 27 February 2013 at an exercise price of $0.50 each.
Application for quotation will be made on the prescribed form in compliance with ASX Listing Rule 2.8.2 in respect of those previously restricted securities which are to be quoted, namely 4,459,063 ordinary fully paid shares.
