Emu NL ( EMU ) advises that it has issued 214,117,068 shares pursuant to shortfall applications for the rights issue first announced 9 February 2023.
The above shares were issued in addition to the issue of shares to shareholders following their rights, as announced on 7 March 2023.
The Company has now issued a total of 762,753,174 shares pursuant to the rights issue and shortfall applications, raising a total of $1,525,506 before costs.
EMU has closed the fully underwritten rights issue, and there is no remaining shortfall to be placed.
