RELEASE OF SHARES FROM VOLUNTARY ESCROW

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.10A, Emu NL ( EMU advises that the consideration shares issued on acquisition of 100% of Coruscant Minerals Pty Ltd ( Coruscant ) on 8 June 2021, comprising of 22,857,142 ASX:EMU shares and 48,571,429 Performance Rights ( PR - convertible into 48,571,429 ASX:EMU shares upon the Gnows Nest JORC Milestone being met by 22 September 2025), will be released from voluntary escrow on 8 June 2022.

As disclosed to ASX on 15 June 2021, ASX release titled “ Completion of Gnows Nest Acquisition ”, and the Notice of Meeting and Explanatory Statement dated 5 March 2021, the terms of the Coruscant acquisition included 22,857,142 ASX:EMU shares and 48,571,429 PR’s. Each of the vendors agreed to enter into a 12-month voluntary escrow arrangement for the consideration shares.
