Emu NL ( ASX:EMU ) (the Company ) refers to the ASX release made on 25 November headed “Strategic Acquisition at Gnows Nest” ( Release ).

The Company wishes to additionally advise that, through its’ wholly owned subsidiary Emu Exploration Pty Ltd, it has entered into a Sale Agreement with Navigator Holdings Pty Ltd, Michael Davidson and Murray Miliauskas for the acquisition of the four prospecting licences detailed in that Release.

The Sale and Purchase consideration was agreed at $150,000 and was paid at completion yesterday out of the Company’s existing cash reserves.
