As set out in the supplementary prospectus dated 3 October 2019 for the rights issue currently underway, EMU NL ( EMU ) advised that the ‘issue date’ is expected to fall (and the dispatch of holding statements is expected to occur) on or before the 5th business day following the new closing date for acceptance of entitlements (the new closing date being 15 October 2019).*

For the avoidance of any doubt, the ‘issue date’ for ASX timetable purposes will be 22 October 2019.*
