Emu NL (ASX: EMU) is pleased to advise the conditions precedent in relation to the share (and claims) purchase agreement, refer ASX Announcement 29[th] April 2014, have been met.

The payment of the first Instalment to the Company is scheduled on or before 10[th] June 2014.
