Emu Nickel NL (ASX:EMU) ( Company ) is pleased to confirm that the Prospectus and accompanying personalised Entitlement and Application Forms in respect of the non-renounceable rights issue lodged with ASX on 10 January 2013 ( Rights Issue ) were despatched today to Eligible Shareholders.
The Rights Issue is an offer of one Contributing Share for every one Share held at 5.00pm (WST) on 21 January 2013 ( Record Date ). Each Contributing Share is to be partly paid on application as to $0.03 with the unpaid amount being $0.03.
Shareholders are advised that the offer under the Rights Issue opens for subscriptions today and will close at 5.00pm (WST) on 8 February 2013.
