1. consider and approve the Standalone and Consolidated Audited Financial Results of the Company for the Quarter and financial year ended March 31, 2025.

2. To recommend final dividend, if any, for the financial year ended March 31, 2025.

In this connection, please refer to the earlier intimation of the Company dated March 29, 2025, wherein it was informed that pursuant to the Company’s Code of Conduct framed in accordance with the SEBI (Prohibition of Insider Trading) Regulations, 2015 (‘the Code’), Trading Window for dealing in shares of the Company, for Designated persons specified under the Code and their Immediate Relative(s), is closed since April 01, 2025, Tuesday onwards. The Trading Window shall remain closed up to 48 hours from the date of publication of the said Financial Results of the Company.
