GIR/CFD/CFD-PoD-I/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13,2023; we are pleased to inform you that EMS Limited has receipt the Letter of Award for Development, Operation and Maintenance of the Multimodal Logistics Park (MMLP) From Deltabulk Shipping India Pvt Ltd (Project which is part of PM Gati ShaktiNational Master Plan for Multi-modal Connectivity, for integrated planning and coordinated implementation of infrastructure connectivity projects. as part of this, NHAI has signed an agreement with M/s. DC Multi Modal Park (Nagpur) Limited, a SPV of M/s DeltaBulk Shipping India Pvt ltd. The estimated order value (excluding GST) is approximately Rs. 10508.02 lakhs (Rupees Ten Thousand Five Hundred Eight lacs and Two Thousand Only) . The details of the works are as under:
