Dear Sir/Madam,

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we hereby inform you that Board of Directors of the Company at their meeting held today i.e. April 15, 2026, have inter alia considered and approved the following:

• Based on the recommendation of Nomination and Remuneration Committee, the Board of Directors of the company has approved the appointment of Mr. Himanshu, having Membership No. A76438, as Company Secretary and Compliance officer (Key Managerial Personnel) of the Company w.e.f. April 15, 2026.

• Pursuant to Regulation 30(5) of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, the Board of Directors had amended & authorize on account of resignation of Mr. Nand Kishore Sharma on January 17, 2026, erstwhile Company Secretary and therefore, Appointing Mr. Himanshu, as Company Secretary of the Company w.e.f. April 15, 2026, to determine materiality of an event or information and for the purpose of making disclosure to the stock exchange(s) under regulations 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
