Empyrean Energy was notified today that Nortrust Nominees Limited now holds 184,000,000 ordinary shares in the Company, which represents approximately 7.2% of the issued share capital of the Company.

The Company was also notified on 24 January 2025 that Spreadex LTD now holds 2,071,546 shares, which represents approximately 0.08% of the issued share capital of the Company.
