The Company was notified on 13 August 2013 that following acquisitions of 450,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of £0.0579 per share on 1 August 2013 and 550,000 ordinary shares at a price of £0.0712 per share on 12 August 2013, Mr Richard Appleby now holds 7,683,000 ordinary shares in Empyrean (directly and indirectly), representing 3.48 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
