Empresaria, the international specialist staffing group, announces that it has received notification that on 29 March 2018 Penny Freer, Non-Executive Director, transferred 15,000 ordinary shares of 5 pence each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") into her SIPP.  Following this transaction, Penny's beneficial interest continues to be 15,000 Ordinary Shares.
