Allotment and Total Voting Rights

Empresaria, the global specialist staffing group, announces that 223,869 ordinary shares of £0.05 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") will be issued to a former employee pursuant to the Company's Long Term Incentive Plan.

Application has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the 223,869 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Admission") and it is expected that Admission will become effective at 8.00am on 9 August 2021.

Following the above issue, the Company has 49,603,001 Ordinary Shares in issue, of which 33,250 are held by the Company as treasury shares until they are transferred to the Empresaria Employee Benefit Trust. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 49,569,751.

The above figure of 49,569,751 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
