Strengthening the management team

Empresaria (AIM: EMR), the international specialist staffing group, is pleased to announce that Spencer Wreford is taking on the role of Chief Operating Officer with immediate effect.  This is a new position within the Empresaria management team, reflecting the growth and development of the Group, to help support and deliver the Group's 'Invest and Develop' strategy.  Spencer, who has been Group Finance Director since May 2010, will operate in a dual role, as both Group Finance Director and Chief Operating Officer, until a new finance director is in place.

Joost Kreulen, Chief Executive of Empresaria, said:

"I am delighted that Spencer has agreed to take on the role of Chief Operating Officer, something he has effectively been doing for a number of years.  This is an important step for Empresaria, to add more management capacity in the head office to support our diversified Group and to deliver on our strategy."
