RIGHTS ISSUE COMPLETION AND SHORTFALL NOTIFICATION
Empire Resources Limited (ASX:ERL, Empire) confirms that the Company’s pro-rata nonrenounceable rights issue (“Rights Issue”) closed at 5:00pm WST on Tuesday 30 November 2021.
The Company received subscriptions as follows:

- Apparent errors due to rounding
Based on the Prospectus dated 29 October 2021 and share registry calculations, a total of 129,822,072 New Shares were available under the Rights Issue. A shortfall of 56,153,658 New Shares remains after the completion of the Rights Issue.
In accordance with the Prospectus the Company reserves the right to place any Shortfall Shares within three months of the closing date.
As per the Rights Issue timetable the issue date of the New Shares is Tuesday 7 December 202. Normal trading of the New Shares is expected to commence on Wednesday 8 December 2021.
