UPDATE

PENNY’S FIND GOLD MINE

Empire Resources Limited (‘Empire’, ASX code: ERL) is pleased to provide an update on the progress of the Penny’s Find gold mine, located 50km northeast of Kalgoorlie, Western Australia.

Operations will continue throughout the Easter break to expose the gold ore zone as soon as possible.

The principle recent operations have been establishing the office complex and stripping the top soil off the mine site and waste dump areas. The office complex is now operational. Photos of these are provided below.

We wish to advise that we have been able to secure expertly trained locally domiciled staff from Kalgoorlie for this work.

Subsidiary activities have included construction of mine haul roads, flood mitigation channels and bunds to protect the site from severe rainfall events.

Full scale mining operations are going to commence as scheduled.
