TRADING HALT

The securities of Empire Resources Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 8 July 2016 or when the announcement is released to the market.

The Directors of Empire Resources Limited (ASX code: ERL) request a trading halt of the company's securities.

The Company requests the trading halt pending the release of an announcement to the market in relation to a capital raising.

The Company requests that the trading halt ends on the earlier of the commencement of trading on 8 July 2016 or when an announcement on this matter is released to the market.
