VOLUNTARY TRADING SUSPENSION REQUEST
Empire Resources Limited requests that the current trading halt be extended into a voluntary suspension as the Company continues to work on finalising a capital raising. The Company is not yet in a position to provide full details to the market.
The Company will provide further details in relation to this as soon as possible, at which time a request will be made to the ASX to reinstate trading in the Company's shares. This is expected by the end of this week.
The Company is not aware of any reason why a voluntary trading suspension should not be granted.
