VOLUNTARY TRADING SUSPENSION REQUEST

Empire Resources Limited requests that the current trading halt be extended into a voluntary suspension as the Company continues to work on finalising a capital raising. The Company is not yet in a position to provide full details to the market.

The Company will provide further details in relation to this as soon as possible, at which time a request will be made to the ASX to reinstate trading in the Company's shares.

The Company is not aware of any reason why a voluntary trading suspension should not be granted.
