Resignation of Chairman

Empire Resources NL (“Empire” or the “Company”) announces that Non-Executive Chairman, Tom Revy, has advised that he will retire from the Board effective Monday 23 April 2018 due to growing external professional commitments.

Mr Revy has been invaluable in providing his knowledge and experience during a time that the Company transitioned from an explorer to a producer. The Board acknowledges and thanks Mr Revy for his contributions over the last 8 years.

The Directors have for some time been looking at restructuring the Board’s composition and are in discussions with other potential candidates to assume the Chair’s and/or other Directors’ roles, which will be completed as soon as possible.
