NOTICE REQUIRED UNDER ASX LISTING RULE 3.13.1
Empire Resources Limited (ASX:ERL) (the “Company”) advises that it will hold its Annual General Meeting (“AGM”) in Perth on Thursday, 28 November 2024 at 10:00 am (AWST).
Shareholders will be advised of the full details of the AGM’s agenda in a separate Notice of Meeting, which will be provided to shareholders in October 2024.
The Notice of Meeting will also be available on the Company’s website.
An item of business at the AGM will be the re-election of a director. In accordance with Listing Rules 3.13.1 and 14.3, the Company advises that the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director of the Company is Thursday, 17 October 2024.
