Empire Resources Ltd - 2021 AGM
In accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.1, Empire Resources (“ERL” or the “Company”) advises that it will hold its annual general meeting (“AGM”) in Perth on 11 November 2021 at 1.00 pm (AWST).
Shareholders will be advised of the full details of the AGM agenda in a separate Notice of Meeting, which will be provided to shareholders in early October 2021.
The Notice of Meeting will also be available on the Company’s website at https://resourcesempire.com.au/
In relation to the 2021 Annual General Meeting, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 6 October 2021.
