Empire Resources Ltd - 2020 AGM
In accordance with Listing Rule 3.13.1, Empire Resources (“ERL” or the “Company”) advises that it will hold its annual general meeting (“AGM”) in Perth on 4 November 2020 at 3:00pm (AWST).
Shareholders will be advised of the full details of the AGM agenda in a separate Notice of Meeting, which will be provided to shareholders by the end of September 2020.
The Notice of Meeting will also be available on the Company’s website at https://resourcesempire.com.au/
In relation to the 2020 Annual General Meeting, the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a director is 22 September 2020.
