Georgian Mining Corporation ('GEO' or the 'Company') was informed on 30 May 2017 that Mr Leo N. S. Berezan had acquired ordinary shares of no par value of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") on 26 May 2017. Following the acquisition, Mr Berezan held an interest in 6,148,100 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.37% of the issued ordinary share capital of the Company.
