İstanbul Esenler Atışalanı Kuzey Bölgesi 1. Etap Arsa Satışı Karşılığı Gelir Paylaşımı İşi ihalesinin 1. oturumu 15.01.2026 saat 11:00'da gerçekleştirilmiştir. Söz konusu ihalenin ön yeterlilik aşamasına katılan 8 istekli ekte listelenmiştir. İsteklilere ait ön yeterlilik zarfları içerisindeki belgelerin ayrıntılı değerlendirilmesinin ardından, ihalenin, açık artırma ve kapalı zarf teklif alma aşamalarını içeren 2. Oturumun tarihi ve saati isteklilere yazılı olarak bildirilecektir.

The list of 8 bidders participating in the prequalification stage of the tender is attached. After the detailed evaluation of the documents within the prequalification envelopes, the second session, which consists of the bidding and sealed envelope quote stages, will be held at a later date, and the date and time of this session will be notified to the applicants in writing.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
