Şirketimiz tarafından geliştirilen projelerde, 1 Ocak - 31 Aralık 2025 döneminde; brüt 994.782 m² büyüklüğe sahip 8.044 adet bağımsız bölümün satışından, KDV hariç toplam 104.047.196.964 TL ön satış geliri elde edilmiştir. Bu satışlar içerisinde yabancı ülke vatandaşlarına gerçekleştirilen satışlar ise 65 adet bağımsız bölüm ve KDV hariç 1.054.880.557 TL olarak gerçekleşmiştir.

Şirketimiz, 2025 yılı başında kamuoyu ile paylaşılan yıllık satış hedefini yıl sonu itibarıyla %135 oranında (1,35 katı) gerçekleştirmiştir.

Gayrimenkul satış işlemlerinin doğası gereği dinamik bir süreç olduğu; alıcıların sözleşmeden cayma/dönme haklarını kullanması veya sözleşme hükümleri gereği satıcı tarafından fesih süreçlerinin işletilmesi gibi nedenlerle, nihai mali tablolara yansıyacak rakamlarda, yukarıda belirtilen ön satış verilerine kıyasla kısmi değişimler yaşanabileceği hususunu yatırımcılarımızın ve kamuoyunun bilgisine sunarız.

Yukarıdaki açıklamalarımızın, Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'nun yürürlükteki Özel Durumlar Tebliğinde yer alan esaslara uygun olduğunu, bu konuda tarafımıza ulaşan bilgileri tam olarak yansıttığını, bilgilerin defter, kayıt ve belgelerimize uygun olduğunu, konuyla ilgili bilgileri tam ve doğru olarak elde etmek için gerekli tüm çabaları gösterdiğimizi ve yapılan bu açıklamalardan sorumlu olduğumuzu beyan ederiz.

Within the scope of the projects developed by our Company, during the period of January 1 – December 31, 2025, a total pre-sales revenue of 104,047,196,964 TL (excluding VAT) was generated from the sale of 8,044 units with a total gross area of 994,782 sqm . Sales to foreign nationals within this period accounted for 65 units , totaling 1,054,880,557 TL (excluding VAT) .

As of year-end, our Company has achieved its annual sales target, which was announced to the public at the beginning of 2025 at a realization rate of 135% (1.35 Multiplier) .

Due to the dynamic nature of real estate transactions, we hereby inform our investors and the public that partial variations may occur between the aforementioned pre-sales data and the final figures reflected in the financial statements. Such discrepancies may arise from factors such as buyers exercising their right of withdrawal/rescission or the execution of termination processes by the seller in accordance with contractual terms.

We hereby declare that the above statements comply with the principles set forth in the Capital Markets Board's prevailing Communiqué on Material Events; that they fully reflect the information received by us; that the information is consistent with our books, records, and documents; that we have exerted all necessary efforts to obtain accurate and complete information regarding the matter, and that we are responsible for these disclosures.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
