DAP Gayrimenkul Geliştirme A.Ş. taahhütü altında yapımı devam etmekte olan İstanbul Ataşehir Doğu Bölgesi 3. Etap Arsa Satışı Karşılığı Gelir Paylaşımı İşi kapsamında , 1927 Ada 1 Parselde yer alan 173 adet Konuttan oluşan, toplamda 173 adet Bağımsız Bölüme ait Yapı Ruhsatları 30.07.2025 tarihinde alınmıştır.

Within the scope of the Istanbul Ataşehir East Region 3rd Stage Revenue Sharing Model Project in Return for Land Sale currently under construction by DAP Gayrimenkul Geliştirme A.Ş., construction permits were obtained on July 30, 2025 , for a total of 173 units consisting of 173 residences located on Block 1, Parcel 1927.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
