• Arsa Satışı Karşılığı Şirket Payı Gelir Oranı: %40
• Arsa Satışı Karşılığı Şirket Payı Toplam Geliri (ASKŞPTG): 1.660.000.000 TL
• Tekliflerin değerlendirme süreci devam etmekte olup, istekliler ve verdikleri teklifler ekte sunulmuştur.

The second session of the tender for the Muğla Bodrum Ortakent 1st Stage Revenue Sharing Model İn Return for Land Sale Project one of our company's project, was held on 02.07.2025 at 14:00.

The highest offer received in the tender is as follows:

• Total Revenue from Land Sale (ASKSTG):TRY 4.150.000.000
• Company's Share Revenue Rati %40
• Company's Share in Total Revenue from Land Sale (ASKŞPTG): TRY 1.660.000.000

The evaluation process of the offers is ongoing, and the bidders and their offers are provided in the attached document.
