T.C. Çevre, Şehircilik ve İklim Değişikliği Bakanlığı Toplu Konut İdaresi Başkanlığı (TOKİ) ile "İş Birliği Protokolü"nün imzalanmasını takiben, TOKİ mülkiyetinde bulunan İstanbul, Başakşehir'de yer alan taşınmazlar üzerinde geliştirilecek projeye ilişkin Gayrimenkul Sertifikası ihracı için Sermaye Piyasası Kurulu'na (SPK) resmi başvuruda bulunulmuştur. Gayrimenkul sektörünün dinamikleri ve tasarruf sahiplerinin beklentileri doğrultusunda atılan bu adım, sermaye piyasaları ile gayrimenkulü buluşturan önemli bir enstrümandır.

Emlak Konut tarafından geliştirilecek söz konusu proje ile küçük birikimlerle büyük yatırım ve ev sahibi olmanın kapıları açılıyor.

Gayrimenkul Sertifikası modeli, Emlak Konut ve TOKİ'nin sağladığı güvence ile birlikte yatırımcılar için şeffaf ve güvenilir bir yatırım imkânı sunmaktadır. Amacımız, tasarruf sahiplerine ve yatırımcılarımıza, ister konut edinebilecekleri, isterse proje kapsamındaki gayrimenkullerin değer artışından şeffafça yararlanabilecekleri esnek bir yatırım fırsatı sunmaktır. İzahname Seti'nin SPK onayını müteakip, sürece dair gerekli açıklamalar kamuoyunun bilgisine sunulacaktır.

We hereby announce that following the signing of a "Cooperation Protocol" with the Republic of Türkiye Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change, Housing Development Administration (TOKİ), an official application has been submitted to the Capital Markets Board of Turkey (CMB) for the issuance of Real Estate Certificates for a project to be developed on immovable properties owned by TOKİ in Başakşehir, Istanbul.

This step, taken in line with the dynamics of the real estate sector and the expectations of investors, introduces a significant instrument that integrates the capital markets with the real estate industry.

The aforementioned project, to be developed by Emlak Konut, opens the door to major investment opportunities for those with modest savings.

The Real Estate Certificate model offers a transparent and reliable investment prospect for investors, backed by the assurance of Emlak Konut and TOKİ. Our objective is to provide our investors with a flexible investment opportunity, allowing them either to acquire a residential unit or to transparently benefit from the value appreciation of the properties within the project.

Following the approval of the Prospectus Set by the CMB, necessary disclosures regarding the process will be made available to the public.

We believe that this significant development will present new opportunities for the real estate sector, capital markets, and our investors.
