Şirketimiz; T.C. Çevre, Şehircilik ve İklim Değişikliği Bakanlığı Toplu Konut İdaresi Başkanlığı (TOKİ) ile İstanbul ili, Esenler ilçesi, Atışalanı Mahallesi'nde bulunan 1692 ada 2 parsel numaralı taşınmazın toplam 6.884.300.000 TL (KDV muaf) bedelle satın alınmasına ilişkin protokol imzalamıştır. Söz konusu protokol, Şirketimizin portföyünü genişletme ve faaliyet alanlarımızı geliştirme stratejimiz doğrultusunda gerçekleştirilmiştir.

Kamuoyuna ve yatırımcılarımıza saygıyla duyurulur

Our company has signed a protocol with the Republic of Turkey Ministry of Environment, Urbanization, and Climate Change Housing Development Administration (TOKİ) for the acquisition of the property located in Istanbul Province, Esenler District, Atışalanı Neighborhood, with parcel number 1692/2 , for a total price of 6,884,300,000 TL (VAT exempt). This protocol has been executed in line with our company's strategy to expand our portfolio and develop our areas of operation.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepency between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail
