Şirketimiz projelerinden İstanbul İli, Kartal İlçesi, Esentepe Mahallesi, "İstanbul Kartal Esentepe 2.Etap Arsa Satışı Karşılığı Gelir Paylaşımı İşi" (Batıyakası) kapsamında, 12711 Ada 1 Parselde 1031 olan Konut sayısı 1384 ve  117 olan Ticari Ünite sayısı 47 adet olacak şekilde revizyona gidilmiş olup, toplam  1431 adet Bağımsız Bölüme ait Tadilat Yapı Ruhsatları 30.12.2024 tarihinde alınmıştır.

The revision has been applied for 12711 parcel and 1 parcel, I Block within the scope of İstanbul Province, Kartal District, Esentepe Quarter, within the İstanbul Kartal Esentepe 2nd Stage Revenue Sharing Model Project in Return for Land Sale  (Batı Yakası) and the new revised construction permits of 1031 residential  units has become 1384, commercial units is 117  revised  units were 47 and obtained totally 1431 units  on 30.12.2024.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
