Şirketimiz projelerinden İstanbul Kartal Esentepe 1. Etap Arsa Satışı Karşılığı Gelir Paylaşım İşi (Batı Yakası) kapsamında , 12714 Ada 1 Parsel'de bulunan A,B,C,D,E,F ve H Blok İnşaatı ile bu bloklara ait Altyapı ve Çevre Düzenleme İnşaatı İşleri'nin kısmi geçici kabulü yapılmış olup Kısmi Geçici Kabul Tutanağı 13.03.2025 tarihinde onaylanmıştır.

Within the scope of o ne of our Company's projects İstanbul Kartal Esentepe 1 st Stage Revenue Sharing in Return for Land Sale (Batı Yakası) , the partial provisional acceptance of the construction of Blocks A,B,C,D,E,F and H on Parcel 1/Block 12714 and the Infrastructure and Landscaping Construction Works for these Blocks has been made and the Partial Provisional Acceptance Certificate has been approved on 13.03.2025 .

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
