İstanbul Beykoz Riva Arsa Satışı Karşılığı Gelir Paylaşımı İşi kapsamında imzalanan kısmi tasfiye protokolü çerçevesinde, işin kalan kısmının ilk etabı olan İstanbul Beykoz Riva 1. Etap İkmal İnşaatı ile Altyapı ve Çevre Düzenleme İşi ihale edilerek Yüklenici MR GRUP İnş. Taah. Proje Müh. Yemek Gıda Tem. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti. ile sözleşme imzalanmıştır.

Within the scope of the partial liquidation protocol signed instead of "Istanbul Beykoz Riva Revenue Sharing in Return for Land Sale Project," the " Istanbul Beykoz Riva 1st Stage Completion Construction and Infrastructure and Landscaping Works," which constitutes the first phase of the remaining part of the project, has been tendered, and a contract has been signed with the Contractor, MR GRUP İnş. Taah. Proje Müh. Yemek Gıda Tem. ve Tic. Ltd. Şti.

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
