Şirketimiz projelerinden "İstanbul Beykoz Riva Arsa Satışı Karşılığı Gelir Paylaşımı İşi" (Düşler Vadisi) kapsamında, 0 Ada 3202 Parselde bulunan D Tepesi 11 blok 11 bağımsız bölüm, (BL 13A/01-02-03-04-05-06-07-08-09-10-11), E Tepesi 16 blok 16 bağımsız bölüm, (BL 11A/01-02-03-04-05-06-07-08-09, BL 13A/12-13-14-15-16-17-18), F Tepesi 18 blok 18 bağımsız bölüm, (BL11A/10-11-12-13-14-15-16-17-18, BL 13A/19-20-21-22-23-24-25-26-27) villa blokları ve tüm D, E, F Tepelerine ait Altyapı ve Çevre Düzenleme İşleri'nin (Projedeki Son Kısım) kısmi geçici kabulü yapılmış olup Kısmi Geçici Kabul Tutanağı (7) 10.04.2025 tarihinde onaylanmıştır.

Within the scope of our company's project, the " Istanbul Beykoz Riva Revenue Sharing in Return for Land Sale" (Düşler Vadisi), the partial provisional acceptance has been carried out for the following sections located on Block 0, Parcel 3202: Hill D ,11 blocks, 11 independent units (BL 13A/01-02-03-04-05-06-07-08-09-10-11) Hill E,16 blocks, 16 independent units (BL 11A/01-02-03-04-05-06-07-08-09, BL 13A/12-13-14-15-16-17-18) Hill F ,18 blocks, 18 independent units (BL11A/10-11-12-13-14-15-16-17-18, BL 13A/19-20-21-22-23-24-25-26-27) villa blocks, And the Infrastructure and Landscaping Works pertaining to all D, E, and F Hills (The Last Phase of the Project).

In accordance with the Turkish capital markets regulations, in case of any discrepancy between the Turkish and English versions of disclosures, the Turkish language version which is published on the Public Disclosure Platform (Kamuyu Aydınlatma Platformu) shall prevail.
